The costs of these items always compete, but this problem is common for most inkjet printers, which are often seen as wasteful. However, from my satisfaction with the product, this printer demanded more ink than most of the inkjets, and the price of the cartridges was high. It was inappropriate for printing in large amounts.

For those thirsty for new machines, more modern models are on the market with lower running costs.
